The Bury St Edmunds Divorce Centre is currently processing petitions received on 26th October and all other work received on 12th October.

By December 2015 we anticipate that all work, with the exception of financial remedy consent applications will be processed within 5 days.

They are currently rejecting up to 40% of petitions due to errors. Please particularly check the following before sending to the Divorce Centre:

· The names of the parties stated in Part 2 to and place of marriage are identical to those on the marriage certificate.

· You have signed and dated the Petition.

I will post more updates as when I have them.
