The Ministry of Justice are carrying out a short and (hopefully) useful survey/research for parents who are separated or separating; both for those parents who have or are in the process of obtaining a Child Arrangements Order, or those who have made their own arrangements.
The MoJ want to hear about your experience as a separating or separated parent, in order to help people in a similar situation to resolve their cases more independently.
The results of this study may be used to influence the design of the processes that people go through in order to make child arrangements.
The survey should take about 12 minutes and you are not required to provide any identification.
The court will play no part in the analysis or review of your answers to this questionnaire. If you have applied to court, there will be no impact whatsoever on the outcome of your case. The Ministry of Justice will maintain the confidentiality of the research data collected, and all data will be destroyed in 2 years.
It would be great - really great - if you could mention Wikivorce in at least one of your answers
