Arnie I apologize I am new here and need to find my feet I am unfamiliar with the site . I will logg off for now and read up more I thought it was on contact issues I replied to also wanted to bring up section 91/14 to see how many other parents have been marginalised by the courts from seeing their children long term. Mostly I know more mothers that have this also a couple of adoption cases also 1 father a teacher has this.

Amanda , If you will PM me I have got evidence to support otherwise also have been working on the ground with families from a diverse back ground . This section 91/14 is liberally used only today I got asked I may be asked to sit in soon as a mac-kenzie friend in Court for a parent who is LIP . This parent asked me what is 91/14

Yes there are many aspects to this subject. I am a mother who has been denied access to my son since he was 12, he is now nearly 16. His father took him away from the area (up the other end of the country) and for two years controlled our son. He has now moved back to the area and very near where i live but my son has not been in contact for a year. I feel sure he feels emotionally controlled and unable to feel free to see me and his younger brother... he has cut himself off from all my side of the family completely.

Shared access would be an answer but part of the reason our marriage went wrong was my ex's strong desire to have the elder son as his \"special friend\" (his words, not mine).

I know people might say \"well your son is old enough to make up his own mind\" but I don't think he feels comfortable and has taken sides because he feels a false sense of loyalty to his very influential father.

Elizabeth , I have not seen my son for 2 years he was having chemotherapy for 3 years . He was placed with an NRP with a history of being violent not only to me ,but to other people in society too.there is something malevolent gong on in closed court that places children at risk . Whilst mothers are persecuted by EW's in reports for court on trumped up out of date tests carried out such as MMP1-2 .We have to challenge this , however with so much secrecy going on and insider dealings we have no chance.
The children are in a no-win situation regarding speaking out ,imagine they have to still live with the father's whilst the courts drag it out and make a decision.
The fundamental issue outstanding is this a sick child needs his mother. To put him at further risk by placing with a violent man is just sick .The statistics prove that sexual abuse is more likely to happen were violence is going on.
There is no REAL AVOCATE FOR CHILDREN .
CAFFCASS are useless

stefire I have had a lot of time for the fathers groups also we mums have become the hardline mothers who go on a regular basis up to Westminister . If it was not for F4J no one would be any wiser about the corruption involved in closed court .This is no longer a gender issue with contact .

The F4J will go down in history as being central to pushing through changes in the law concerning contact DO you subscrube to them on YT ? I do |I am Lindamac check out Children's Prisons UK Contact Centres

.I am a mother turned Children's Rights Campaigner I have shaken the courts and they know it !

. Just your gut instinct tells you just have to protest and lobby. I have been at this 4 years now and will go another 20 years if necessary lobbying writing and going on demos.

Quick reply to all my last post went missing to stefire , so I will try again I support M4J also F4J there are so many groups setting up now. The will change the laws . They will go down in history too. What about a demo out side Buckingham Palace the small group of women were pushed around the corner away from the crowds.
These mothers were gagged and dressed also in outfits.I was asked to go however it was mothers day . My eldest son took me out due to family commitments I did not appear.
What about the rushed through survey done supposedly done by by the DFES.the survey was asking children what they had to say about closed court.
Why was it rushed through in the first place. I rang up and asked ?
Then why not ask our children?
There were over 300 members on our forum some children who were living in exile now in other countries talking to UK citizens about the unfair trials here in the UK.
Our story is out in Australia now to shame this country it is in the Big Issue and is also blogged for those of you who want a summary of the case. The case is just starting to the dismay of the courts and SS not ending with section 91/14.

If the general public knew the truth of how children disappear in the courts due to private family life they would be be shocked into voting to open them.
