Do you have a child maintenance agreement included in a Consent Order settling the finances on divorce and if so what are the terms of the agreement?

it says to pay maintenance until completion of full time education but my daughter is 19 and at uni and no maintenance is paid for her so i was wondering if the maintenance stops for my son too

Unfortunately "full time education" is ambiguous and open to interpretation. You would need to apply to court to get a definite answer. Perhaps a way forward would be to negotiate with the other parent and agree that some maintenance is paid directly to your son when he is at uni.
