Thanks guys, she has no intention of playing ball.
It''s all about making me suffer.
My concern is the children''s ages and the court listening to their feelings.
I just need to get my foot in the door?

Are you allowed indirect contact with the children?

Any ideas on when contact will start?

Hi boys mum.
No one has said I can''t have indirect contact. But there are barriers in place, I.e I can''t call home, daughters mobile has changed, blocked on both cgildrens face book.
Unlikely a letter would get through, so I''m stuffed!

How about you do as I have done for my step son whom I don''t have any contact with at the moment.

Set up a free email address for your children, and email them. One day, when you do have contact you can give them the password and let them read all that you have written.

It''s not the same as having immediate contact (direct or indirect) but at least your kids will know that you were thinking of them.

All the best.
