Videocall contact during Coronavirus... was created by dadlovesu
Before the C Virus, I used to meet my child every other week at a contact centre. I understand due to the virus, contact sessions won't be possible and hence I requested a video call contact to which the contact centre agreed. Even the CAFCASS officer involved has requested the mother to allow the child for a video call session. The mother has plainly refused citing yet another award-winning excuse. She also refused the video call court hearing under the pretext that the daughter will be in the earshot and hence conducting such court hearing is not in the best interest of the child.

Can she just get away with it?

I am sick and tired of her manipulating the courts and most importantly my 10-year-old for the past 1.5 years. Parental Alienation sucks. In the current scenario, I am not sure when I will have my next hearing and if the mother continues having things her way then I will be deprived of my daughter's company for a long time.
