I've just been watching the Commons debate on the Domestic Abuse Bill 2019-20 which has just had it's Third Reading/Report Stage.

In summing up, Minister Victoria Atkins announced that the presumption of parental involvement is to be reviewed, and the Family Justice Council will convene later this month to undertake the review.

I wouldn't be surprised if the presumption of involvement is removed entirely.

This is desperately sad news for the children of separating parents.
