If as a result of a psychologist's report, therapy for a child is recommended, can a court direct that this happens and that both parents pay for it when one does not agree with the findings? For example where a child is alienated from a parent can an 'innocent' parent be compelled to share costs.when one side has money to spare and the other does not?

thanks

If required it will probably be available on NHS.

I have just been told it is not likely to be available on the NHS. So my question still stands. Can my wife be made to pay when she has little income?

thanks
