I have a final hearing due Sept 3rd for which 4 hours has been allowed and at which the judge informed myself and my ex that we will have to cross examine each other.

A letter from the court received today states that myself and my ex have to
''serve updating statements'' concerning:

1/Position on residency
2/Proposals for future contact/residency and effect on the child
3/Why you believe your position is in the best interest of your son.

Is this all I have to do?
I have read about court bundles etc needed for final hearings but this seems alot simpler.

I will be taking a file already prepared for the second hearing which took place and which contains emails, position statements, copies of texts proving previous access agreed etc.
