C100 or C110 form?

I filled out the c100 form and was going to send it off but I got an email go
My solicitor who has told me to fill out the c110 form 3 times and to send it off. What differences are there in the forms?

Maybe your solicitor has made the same typo three times.

C110 is used by local authorities to apply for a care or supervision orders .

Thanks Fiona made me a little worried now lol. I''ll email him then just to see why he said that form. But suppose i won''t get a reply till Wednesday at the earliest now :/.
