I know no one can tell me what the Judge will do but any ideas on what the outcome may be?

How long is a piece of string...

I have done a ton of research and have heard of cases where contact was reduced where the applicant was not able to honour the existing order.

At the end of the day it is what is in your daughters best interests that is important, and if that means reducing the frequency so that she is not upset when he misses them then that is what you should aim for, in my opinion anyway, you would need to convince the judge that what you propose is better for your daughter.

Credit for going to court on your own, have you looked into using a Mckenzie Friend? Cheaper than a solicitor and would probably be very helpful at a final hearing, some are fee charging and some only charge expenses, may be worth looking into.
