Hi Wiki,

I am wondering if it is worth getting a Solicitor or Barrister for the final hearing due in a few months time. I am looking for someone who does not just ''accept'' as I have found is often the case that a child should reside with just the one parent and will work hard to help with gaining SR which is what the hearing is about.

Does anyone have a thoughts or recommendations on one who works in wiltshire or oxfordshire and has been successfuly in gaining SR for their client.

I know a great children barrister in Leeds. She might be prepared to travel for it. If you pm me, I''ll happily provide her details.
