I am new to this site. I have just started a leave to remove my son from the UK to the USA is there anyone who is going through a leave to remove case ? i don''t want any specific questions answered i just wondered if anyone is going through or has been through this sort of thing ? Id love to hear peoples different stories. Thanks.

I have just filed an application for leave to remove also.

Have found a specilist solicitor who can help as and when is needed.

For example she helped me structure one of the questions correctly so it all sounds child centered.

There is some good articles on the Family law week website.

I too will be interested to see if there are any interesting threads to this from people with experience of the process.
