I had a first hearing I was nervous and drain it was supposse to be at 11:45 it only happen at 2:00pm and lasted 20 mins.
nothing was solved my ex husband even raised more false allegations now saying on top of everything else I am a with ad my 5 year old daughter is scared of me, (he said I wanted to kill her, i want to tell sell her, I am an abuser; I want to take her to my country for a religious ceremony to cut her genitals, that my family in my country are sexual offenders; that I have tried to stab him with a knife 2 years ago, that all my friends here in uk are druggies and prostittues and that I am an alcoholic) he is not backing down in all this allegation and of course none of it is true and possible and there is no proof, on top of everything I got txt asking me to go back with him after all this alegations were done. Anyway my concerns are that he is mentally unstable because of his PSTD for whic he takes meds and seems to make him even more delusional as you see, but of course I feel noone is listening to me at all!! I tried n tried.

Anyway in the first hearing he didnt agree to contact only contact at the contact centre every forthnight for 2 hours up to know he was supervising the visits we had a few probems with this and was stop, now I dontknow what to do about calls or if I can go to see her at her school I dont know, anyway the judge granted him residence!! apparently to keep his peace of mind and said they are gonna do a finding fact hearing I havent got a copy of the order, but nothing much as solved about contact, CAFFCAS wasnt gonna get involved as they feel they shouldnt but his solicitor was insistant on it saying that they should start inestigating now as both parties got concerns so my solicitor agreed to that and now they are gonna inesvtigate I am ok with but is gonna drag longer and noone isdoing anythiong about my contact!, there isnt another contact centre wuo does weekly visits so I am stuck my ex is very unresanoble about me calling now if I do Im worried hell say Im breaching an order Im desperate :((((

I''m not surprised. As I said in my earlier post it''s an uphill struggle changing the existing living arrangement and as your daughter has been living with your ex for sometime it would have been rather unusual for the judge not to have granted him interim residence whilst investigations are carried out.

In the meantime you need to be prepared for it to take some time for the investigations to be carried out. The waiting is awful but hang onto the thought that it''s only a temporary situation.
