Non Molestation Order was created by nsunkada
Good Morning all,

I have CAO hearing on 23rd Jan. Last hearing was meant to be for fact-finding on Oct 20th. My ex-withdrew her allegations on the day and hence immediate contact was ordered to start in Nov and Judge also told there will be no safeguarding issues for final hearing.

On Oct 29th my ex filed a rape and sexual assault complaint with Police. She then applied to court for contact to be discharged and that she wants fact finding on Jan 23 on the basis that she was pressurised by her legal team to accept supervised contact . She has also applied for Non- molestation order. No contact with my daughter has taken place so far.

Cafcass did an enhanced CRB check which is clear. There has been no direct or indirect contact between me and my ex from Nov 2015 although she lives about 4 doors away from me.

I am worried if she will be granted a non-molestation order although I do not believe she would have any evidence of Molestation?

Will the rape accusation affect my contact with my daughter although i have not been charged so far. I do not expect to be charged but in case i am, i do not expect to be convicted. I have not had contact with my daughter so far.

Best wishes
