Ex sees kids ( 4 and 5)

Wednesday Thursday ( Overnight if he is not working or just picking from school having tea till 6pm if he is (He asked till 6pm)

Every other weekend Friday drop of sunday ( He is away this weekend is his weekend so demands my weekend i have something planned)

He is taking me to court because \" I prevent him from seeing his kids he says\"

I am not, this happened once he did not see them for two weeks as he kept wanting to give me one hours notice and i said this was not acceptable.

This was 3 months ago, the court case is next month, will they ask about this?

Right now he is seeing them alot, he even had them 5 days they slept at his as he asked for extra days.

What will happen in court? What will I need to say?

thank you

The usual advice is to keep a contact diary and provide it as evidence. Some parents have a book they transfer between them that can be used for notes ie if a child has had a bump, has lost something or maybe has brought home a note about a school trip.

You could see court as a positive - he would be bound by any order just as much as you so that should make planning easier.
