Nightmare first hearing was created by Hazel123
Situation is - son has had two homes and two separated parents since birth. Not an easy road, but regular contact for 8 years then Mother started making false accusations (all dismissed). Useless court order a year ago for \"reasonable contact\" which wasn't kept to and further accusations (also dismissed). Then the alienation started very heavily and child really affected.

Applied to court again for defined order. Had reservations about my Solicitor which proved to be correct. Five hours of bullying by Cafcass at first hearing and my Solicitor did nothing and even batted for the other side at one point. It's going to a final hearing but meanwhile I've been bullied into phone contact for child with Mum (who is continuing to accuse things and alienate him!) which will increase pressures on child who doesn't want it.

Could be months before next hearing. Can I ask for another interim hearing and object to the phone contact until evidence is heard/seen. I do have evidence.

The reason - Mum wants one normal family with her husband and other child. Also I moved house and child loves it. All I want is him to have two happy homes.
