Is your daughter represented by a solicitor, either in court or outside?

If not, have you considered applying for legal aid? You should qualify on the basis you say that there is a history of violence.

Some information on this here: childlawadvice.org.uk/information-pages/...-family-law-matters/

While people do successfully represent themselves in court, the procedures can be a mine field to those not familiar with them and I think your daughter probably needs some professional assistance.

I hope you manage to find some help as this situation seems very distressing for you, your daughter and the children.

thank you for ur advice she hasnt got a solicitor she did have one at the beginning of this case but he stopped helping her his reasons were cos she didnt get back to him in a week in actual fact it was 3 days but he was useless he was on speaking termsw with the childrens dad advicing him i think medway law society (not police) the solictors and family court judges (not all of them) are either corrupted or easly bribed something every strange going on when a judge dont look at the fact of findings well a certain judge that is and even the cafe cass report he had he didnt read it through the cafe cass lady was rather annoyed but obviously cant show it ive been looking him up and alot of people have the same dealings with him think he hates women and dislikes children to be honest
