Explantion of court wording was created by Sarah72
Hi There

Could someone explain the exact meaning of this wording in a court order?

it says I must not

remove (names of child) from

1. England and wales
2. the care of (ex's name)
3. his respective school (name of school)
4. instruct or encourage others to do so
5. this will remain in force until the next hearing

Bit confused exactly what this now means. Date set for about 2 weeks time...

thanks for any help

Not an expert but it sounds like you are not allowed to take your son abroad, change his school or remove him from the care of your ex.

It will probably make more sense to you as you know the full details of the case and what the issues being dealt with are.
