Hi there, my soon to be ex wife and i earn similar amount per year (i earn aprox £1000 more than her)we have 2 children both are staying with her in our jointly owned home. how much maintenance should i agree to pay?

No spousal maintenance because the incomes are similar and she will receive child support of 20% of your income, child tax credits and child benefit, taking her total disposable income over yours.
