zoleigh,

welcome to wikivorce B)

You haven't really given us enough to go on.

There are 2 main aspects to the financial agreement:
- the split of assets (e.g. 50:50)
- the maintenance (e.g. child support at 15% or spousal maintenance)

So just knowing u agreed 50:50 doesnt tell us much.

How much have you agreed in maintenance/child support?

And critically, how much do you each earn?

Oh and how long were you married?

Hi:)

he pays me £50pw. we were married for 8 years together for 14. i earn more money than him but only since the seperation and this is a case of having to go full time now to pay this mortgage and support my little girl. and not part time as i was before. he also choosees a job which pays less he is qualified in another field but left because of stress and moved in with his parents so he doesnt have to earn much to keep afloat. thankfully we are still friends and keep everything amicable for the sake of our little girl. all im concerned about is looking after her and making sure i do whats right by her. thanks for your help :)
