His solicitor suggests a big judge will huff and puff and blow me away. (Erm - nope).
Apparently, it is BOTH yours and her MH, and if she has 'abandoned' it - then maybe (as Scottishlady says) it may be a different situation.
It's very hard to get a 'Conduct order' (apparently), so sadly you may not have much choice. It would be really nice if she was polite enough to at least inform you when she visits.
I think you'll have to now just reverse your train of thought, treat it like she still lives there, but welcome the time when she's not there!
