There's plenty of info on the net about the divorce process, including timescales for an amicable divorce.
I just can't find anything on how long the steps are when residence/contact are disputed.
For example, how long is it typically for the time between court visits when:
:(a judge wants a CAFCASS assessment of one/both parents?
:(a judge wants a specialist report or further info?
:ohmy:a judge tells the warring parents to get together and get a solution, then see me again?
:angry:one party doesn't turn up (ill or otherwise) and the hearing is postponed?
Anyone got anything to help give me an idea?
Cheers,
B)
