That is very good news and well done to your son for being able to make his feelings clear to his mother.

sorry to say everyone i think i was a bit quick off the mark thinking we'd sorted things out, the weekend was great she was been really nice and saying she agreed to what our son was saying, but she'e called tonight and turned back into areal b*****d again. Reading between the lines it sounds as if her mum's had a go at her and now she's decide everything is off and we have do what she wants again. So will have to wait and see where we go from here.

yes we are going to mediation shes there tomorrow and i'm there next thursday, then we will find out when first appointment is that we go together, just hope shes in the mood to agree with whats already been said as she now knows i have only been putting forward our sons wishes and not my own. At the moment their trying to buy him loads of stuff and saying its from her new partner to get our son to meet him, but its making him wonder why shes been so nice to him as she never had any time for him before she walked out.
