I''ve been trying for months to cancel a child support order. However the agency is in a different county. I have been financially responsible for our son for the past year. The courts granted shared parenting however the job and family services in the other county where it was established will not cancel the order. I need help writing a position statement.

Ah ok - you might be better seeking advice from someone who deals with the relevant state law in which the Order was made.

Yep, I understand that the Order was made in the US - but there is no-one here who advises on US law, or on the varying laws from State to State, so I don'' think anyone will be able to help you, unfortunately, which is why I suggested that you seek advice from someone in he US who can :)

But we can give give support to you with your situation, just not on the question you have asked.
