I have to go to a final hearing of my child, my partner wants contact order and meeting away from home.

I am self representing myself. By the 7th of feb, i have to give names of witnesses, and any proposal. So far my neighbour has given a letter as witness, and i have put proposal of contact at contact centre. Do i just send this by post to the court, or take it personally, and do i need to contact his solicitor about the proposal?

Thanks ruku
