Split up with my ex 2 years ago and since ive had temp res for 5 kids. at end of month have a final hearing for contested residence. CAFCASS in my favour etc. . . .

today received a letter from her solicitor stating that she attended WAVE in October 2011 for domestic violence and enclosed letter from WAVE saying she was assessed and was low risk. she has attended 4 of 6 sessions offered and die another on 15th March. there was no specifics and no allegations previous for DV or any mention in her statments.

Dont understand this at all, does it meen that she is now in a bad relationship with her new fella or that she was 2 years ago . . . really dont get it if anyone has any ideas plz let me know.
