Are you able to explain a little more about the issues you are having?

at 13 your son hould be pretty much in the conversation regarding what he wants to do, he is becoming a teenager and will be developing his life. It really does depend more on him and what he wants to do.
Regarding finacial issues etc that is between you and the ex, but basically if he pays CM and isnt communicating re anything else, so be it, but ultimately it becomes hard at some time and he will need to over something that crops up.

My ex doesnt communicate, but when its over something she needs, she does!

Im having issues like i told hm i was going to be lateand could he pick our son up at 6.30 last week he ignored my text and went straight to our son about it....ive even asked if my son and i can have the dog for a few days he ignores that as well...Im trying to co parent but ive spent the best part of 1,000 in solicitor trying to sort simple matters...last year he even sent a solicitors letters asking to take our son on holiday funny as though that may seem i expensive to me!
