my Nisi is been read at court next week...there were amendments to child statements but my ex has not said if hes in agreement or not...i wasnt in agreement to his hence the ammendment...but have never heard back from mine...i have text my ex twice on this...he doesnt reply!

i presume the ammendments were made by you, you may not hear as to whether your ex has agreed to them or not, more than likely they have. a letter from the courts or his solicitor i imagine would have been sent to him asking why he didnt agree with the changes, this would enable him to say why . Hope this helps x

He just answered and said he cant get back from horsham in time for school finishing time..but thats not my problem he nt even said to the court he cant do it...
