Does anyone know if I can take an injunction out regarding my children not being left alone in my ex-sister in law’s care? Her ex-con partner has been very verbally abusive towards her recently in front of her child and I no longer want my children left in her care.

You cannot obtain an injunction as the harassment appears to be directed at your ex sister-in-law. It is she who should obtain an injunction. Alternatively you should place your children with somebody else I''m afraid.

Hi, I have repeatedly requested that my children not be left with his sister but this has been ignored I just wanted to know whether I can do anything legally to stop my children being left there when they are in my husband''s care.
