Even if I wanted to, things now move faster than I thought.

I got an e-mail from her today saying that in order for the children to get into the French school, I have to send an e-mail to the school TODAY as the deadline is TODAY...

I have the impression she is trying to emotionally blackmail my consent to moving them to France.

I had a talk with my lawyer and we decided we should go for a contact order.

Unfortunately, as long as there is no contact order in place, she can refuse to let me see my children. The same goes for their grandparents.

Under these circumstances I thought it was best to decline sending ANY email to ANY school in France, until I get the contact order.

I suspect you should also state in writing that you do not give consent for removal to another jurisdiction.

I did today in an email to her.

I said that I do not give my consent to move the children to France, before formal contact arrangements are in place.

At least now I guess she has to apply herself to Court to get permission and there she will have to come with a contact agreement.

I believe this is how things are done, anyway.
