Hi All

I have written to my ex''s solicitor about some arrangements for our children. I have not received a response so am following it up with an email.

The letters are written as ''Dear Sirs'' with FAO the particualr solicitor. When doing the email I have the personal email address of her solicitor so should I put ''Dear Name Name'' or ''Dear Sirs'' with the FAO again on the email?

Can anybody advise me?

(I never thought I''d be doing letters to solicitors asking if my children can go to a party and asking if my son can stay with me to watch the champions league final when we''ve watched the last four together. To those of you that think I am being O.T.T. try telling that to my little boy. This is a big night for him and I''m trying to stick up for him...against all the odds it seems).

Many thanks from Mark

It''s OK to use the solicitor''s name and the email address personal to her at her firm.
