If a nrp doesnt stick to contact times on statements of arrangements. Is it ok to turn down a holiday request from him.I feel i dont want my son spending time with my ill daughter.

Are you turning request down because he hasnt stuck to the agreement and therefore want some kind of payback or is it genuinely inconvenient and you honestly have the best interest of the child in mind.

Are you able to express these concerns to your ex or will he just think your being awkward?

I have to ask, if this is really about your daughter, why did you even mention failure to adhere to contact times? I''m sure you can see how this might lead people to jump to the wrong conclusion.
