yeah, pretty much what I thought. I didnt want to have to have any conversations with my son over this and thought it would be easier to try and make what he wants happen. I guess I already knew from the beginning as this didnt quite sit right. I am a step parent and I know I have bent over backwards to make my step children feel included in every aspect of our lives and my son sees this and is beginning to question things that I feel I may now have to at least offer him an explanation for and then lay this at his dads feet to pick up and take charge of.
