wishes and feelings report was made by CAFCASS and my 15 yr and 11 yr old have said they dont want to see me for now. they have said they wont mind letters and cards and email. in court l asked the judge about the email which the mother doesnt want me to have because she says l will influence the children and the judge suggested that my ex solicitors set up an email for the children so that the mother can print them and give them to the children to read l find this extraordinary bearing in mind that this is their wishes and feelings that l can contact them thru email. why is the judge not accepting this fact as he has accepted other parts of the report which says that l continue indirect contact and in four months this will be reviewed why is the judge always letting her have her way bearing in mind that my son is 15yrs and l havent seen them for 2yrs it appears l have to go through the mother for anything to do with my children l am not a risk to my children l never have been and never will be its just that me and her we dont like each other very much and we dont talk at all she says she is scared of me but there is evidence for it even though l dont know where she lives with my children l never bothered to find out all l want is to be involved with my children''s lives what is the best way for me to proceed l also self rep l am a full time student cant afford a lawyer been married for 20yrs have four children l live with two older ones who are also not allowed to see their siblings no facebook contact either since the break up and she dont want to see them either coz she says they have been made to turn against her by me my boy is 20 the girl is 17yrs help me anyone

No bias here, this is just how the judges choose to apply the law.

They will not do anything to compromise the position of the RP with the children.

My ex told the court that she was fine for me to have unsupervised contact with my 1 year old but not with the 5 year old as she was scared that I would poison him against her.

The court went with this. I refused supervised contact and so the judge refused me any further contact with either child.

At their age the judge will take great note of what the children want, that really is the aim of the report, do you know why the judge suggested the emails be printed off?.
