Advice for Shared Residency Hearing

I have applied for shared residence and a prohibited steps order and the hearing is this Tuesday. I am unrepresented, but my ex has her usual solicitor, whom I''ve had correspondence with in the past and whom I''ve found ever-so-slightly aggressive, bordering on rude.

I''m very nervous about the hearing, so any advice on what I might expect and how I should handle myself would be very welcome.

Take a friend.
If you have someone who has any kind of experience in this kind of thing then great.
If not just having a good friend or family member will hopefully calm you down.

You can request that they sit next to you in court.
