i have two days trial for fact finding about domestic abuse during marriage, restrain order (issued against my ex as he pleaded guilty) and domestic volume during reconcile. as i applied for residence order in court.
i have my solicitor who has not been very supportive. on other hand my ex is representing himself.
i need some advice how to deal with my ex who has been very abusive through out. he has been very controlling and now he represents himself in court.

I can''t really offer any practical suggestions but wanted to give my support. It seems unfair that you have to face someone who has abused .I can imagine how awful that must be.The only thing I can say is I would imagine the Judge would make sure it doesn''t become a bullying situation.
