hi all. My situation is v complicated and I have got hands tight. I am in the matrimonial home with the husband (ex) who is being unreasonable, mentally abusing me and the children. Due to costs and other problems can not go anti moletation order route. I was advised by solicitor to write an agreement and set out points of contact and duties to start with when we are still in the same house, no maitenence paid, no agreements.
( I mean things are bad, even when I advice him that he should not suff children with rubbish just 10 min before eating he would shout that he calls police as he is the main carrier and they are his kids)
HAS ANY OF YOU GONE THROUGH THAT AND HAVE A LIST OF THINGS FOR CHILD AGREEMENTS? EITHER STILL AT MATRIMONIAL HOME OR WHEN APART.

What point are imperative, what should be there. Please help
