Hi sleepy like all public services councillors have been hit by cuts. I recon by 2014 the poop is going to hit the fans in family court, no legal aid, limited carcass and social services personnel. It''s going to be a huge mess.

I agree with you.

All we can do is keep trying to get her to agree to private help.
My partner has agreed to pay for it but she still says no

Have you put together a list of say three different places for her to choose the one most suited. Judges seem to like that sort of thing.

It seems a bit odd that she would claim that the child has this distress and anxiety and yet won''t do anything to help? Id bring that up before the courts x

My partner has left yet another message for the school nurse but no joy. She''s apparently the school nurse for the whole bourough so the likelihood of getting an appointment with her soon is slim.

We are going to suggest 3 councillors on email to her tonight.

I think she wants to delay things as long as possible and that''s why she doesn''t want private help.

Just feel now that the judge will still see her point of view at the next hearing and if this goes on any longer that my partner and his son won''t be able to repair their relationship.

Just wanted some opinions.

My partner and I have discussed putting a few photos in an album of all of us with son to show the judge how happy he is with us.

Pics of the holiday mainly as that was the last time court ordered contact took place and the ex is suggesting that son didnt enjoy it snd is now fearful of contact due to something that must have happend on our holiday.

We have loads of videos and photos of son having a great time.

Just clutching at strwas a bit but wondered if anyone had ever done anything similar?

We did. :-D

It proved to be very helpful, especially when the ex started arguing that two weeks holidays would be too much for the children as last time they had a terrible time and came back like zombies. The Judge had then the opportunity to look at pictures of the children going through all kinds of torture during their visit with us (playgrounds, activities etc). It was obvious that the "zombies" in the pictures had a very weird facial expression that normal people would call a "smile". ;-)
