Contacting the presiding Judge

So even if you apply for Directions on a D11 you could walk away with a new order? or did you apply on a C2 basis?

We were in the midst of on going proceedings, so he went down to court with a letter and got seen the same day as the event in question was 48hrs later - the judge treated it as a variation according the the wording he gave out with the order - they just dug out the order we got in April and added this bit on - its now been superceeded by new shared residence and contact orders issued a couple of weeks ago.

Gotcha... well I have until next summer to get the biggest issue sorted but don''t want the police turning up if I go on holiday with the kids. We go to the same place each year, use it as a base, so the ex knows where we will be. If I send one too many texts/emails I get the police calling round with harassment warnings ... it really is ridiculous.
