we have court access order arrangement in place and been working well as we both live within walking distance of each others houses to drop off and pick up children. We don't have an agreed arrangement in place for the drop off and pick up and we have both been flexible with this due to living so close.

If one of us moves from being local, is there a rule as to who has to do the drop off and who has to do the pick up or is it an agreement to be made between ourselves ?

It would make sense if the parent with the children is responsible to drop to the other parent, that way both parents share the drop off duty.

If we can't agree, is there something included in the court order that states how the drop off duties are allocated ?
