Dear all,

Would anyone please share their stories and outcomes of your application?

I am interested in people’s personal experiences in the process.

Did you feel refusal to relocate by your ex prior court was not justified.

Did they engage in dialogue before court or just said simply no?

How long did the application take to reach outcome from submission?

How many hearings?

Was it stressful?

Which country did you intend to move/or moved.

Was the outcome positive/negative?

If you had to stay did you suffer stress due to staying?

Did you feel decision was unfair?

Did you feel that it was unfair that such application had to go to court as refusal was not justified or was not even discussed at all prior court?

Thank you
