My daughter, over the past month has not wanted to see me much on the weekends I have her or in the week. She won’t stop overnight and I feel that she only wants to spend time at her moms house where she lives.
I have now been contacted by the the child maintenance service that my ex partner is now demanding more money due to my daughter staying overnight with me less. I don’t know why she is doing this as I have always paid my CSM money on time each month and I would love my daughter to carry on staying overnight with me, the fact she doesn’t want to is not my fault.
My other major concern is that my other 2 daughters seem to be going the same way and hardly want to stay overnight with me. I feel that my ex wants me to have them in the day but does not encourage my children to stay overnight as she will gain more Child Suppport money for my 3 children. I am finding this a terrible situation to be in as I have always saw my children regular until now and this is really hurting me as a father. Could anyone offer me some advice of how to tackle this problem? Thank you:(
