controlling a child

My child is being told by her mother that their is a fairy with a recording device that follows her to her daddies house when she is visiting and reports back to her mother when ever my daughter has been saying things or is scared and feels unsafe when in my care. This fairy goes back to the mother and tells her things. This has made my 6 year stop talking to me. Has anyone experienced anything like this ? This has come about because I applied to a variation of my current child visitation arrangement for more time and I have told the courts of the emotional abuse that I endured during the marriage and has continued to happen two years after the marriage. My ex when she received the court papers cancelled all my current child visitations and I have had to apply for an enforcement. I am scared of going against her as she uses the children to get back at me. I want to apply for a non molestation order to protect myself but am worried it will affect picking up my children any advice would greatly be appreciated.
