Hi All

Im at my wits end at the moment sick to death of fighting with the ex !Divorced 3 years we have 2 wonderful children and he sees them every other weekend which im grateful of but he doesnt have them for any holidays thoroughy year! this is a bug bear on my part.

I have just had a emergency come up which i was unable to work at time but when asking him to have kids while i worked he said he couldnt! its supposed to be joint custody!

Im sure others would agree its awkward when you dont get on with ex not for the want of trying! but im feeling he is taking mick of my good nature and i feel mad ,dont want him near me how do you deal with that? I dont want to be angry infront of kids but i feel he is laughing at me and dont see why i should give him time of day Help!

Hi Caring,

I can really empathise with you ((hugs))

Do you have a defined contact order?

Does ex not have them for any part of any holiday, is that what you are saying?

I can understand the not talking and not wanting them near you. How do you communicate? Is it by text or email or other?

Yes we have a joint custody order however he moved a hour away to start a new life with a lady.

We agreed on 2 weeks holiday he would have them but sadly last year 1 week and this year bank holidays as other commitements !

We email but not as much these days as was getting nasty!

He picks kids up every other weekend, i used to be polite now cant bear to look at him.

Hi, I can realte to the e.mail and not bear to llok at situation as mentioned. But with your joint custody order, was a defined contact order put in place? If so and he is breach, then technically ypu could go back to court
