Hello can you please help. Thank you
Parents not married
also not living together and no longer in a relationship. but both named on birth certificate.
Long story child placed into volentary care grandparents
want parental responsibility care agency want letter to explain why one parent objects to this should parent seek legal advice
before writing a letter of objection grandparents are able to pay lawyers and such other parent low wage has a flat which they share with flat owner child cannot live there but parent can move home to parents but parents only have one spare room is there any advice you can give to me thank you .
Are the children likley to be living with the grandparents
for some considerable time? If so, then it would make sense for them to have PR - in addition to the children's parents.
Why is one parent objecting to the grandparents obtaining PR? How long have the children lived with the grandparents? Is there any hope of the children being able to live with one parent in the future? How old are the children?
Are you able to explain a bit more about the situation so that we may try to help you?
