Hello and Welcome to Wikivorce.

Are the children likley to be living with the grandparents for some considerable time? If so, then it would make sense for them to have PR - in addition to the children's parents.

Why is one parent objecting to the grandparents obtaining PR? How long have the children lived with the grandparents? Is there any hope of the children being able to live with one parent in the future? How old are the children?

Are you able to explain a bit more about the situation so that we may try to help you?
