Child or not? was created by Petard
I will put this here and hope someone can clarify.
On the Financial statement there is question 1.10 which asks for details of any children of the family.
In my opinion
17 is a child.
18 is an adult, or are we meant to be be putting son aged 53 down?

I read your earlier post and in it you state that the young person in question is at university \"while living at home\". Thier housing and other needs are still very much a consideration that needs to be factored in when looking at dividing up the assets and ensuring that all parties needs are met. Young people in this situation are certainly not financially independent adults.
