My ex lives 3 hours away with my little girl and x's fella.

when I collected her, the car she came in with my x and her fella, stunk of weed. My x is a compulsive liar, aggressive, a manipulator and the most selfish person to walk the earth. if I were to say anything she will make sure i'll never see my baby girl again.

the worrying thing is that her school has contacted us before about my daughter. they are worried about her concentration and her mood has changed a lot.

we have been separated since she was 2, she is now 6. my daughter has lived up north for almost as long as my x and i have been separated.

What would be the best way to go about this?

cheers
