Hi not sure if this has been covered cant see it.

My question is we have been married just under 21 years and it has broken down and sadly cant be saved we currently have one son whom is 20 so is classed as an adult in his own right both myself and my wife listed on joint tenecy neither of us can afford to move out where do we stand would the council re house the other person once divorce is final

You'd have to ask the council but I suspect not. I think that single adults are not a sufficient priority.
