Thinking of separating from my partner but unsure

We have been together 5 years and have a 3 year old.
My issue is he takes cocaine once or twice a week.
He says he'll give it up in the new year, but he's said he'll quit before and lasted 2 weeks.
I worry for his future health as it cant be good for you or it wouldn't be illegal and a class A drug!

Unsure what to do? We own our house (with a mortgage)
